How long will it take to get my order?

It will take 2-10 business days for your custom product to be made and another 2-14 business days for shipping. Production times vary by product, make sure to read product descriptions. We do our best to get products made as soon as possible while prioritizing quality!

I want to order in bulk for large group/team but there isn't enough in stock.

Are baby onsies available?

They certainly can be! Fill out the Contact Us form with your idea and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Why do I need to have a text outline?

Many of the designs require a border to preserve the raw edges of fabric underneath. Without a border, the raw edges of fabric can fray and begin to come apart.

What material is the text outline?

Text is outlined with heat transfer flock vinyl. Flock vinyl is a bit thicker and more durable than regular heat transfer vinyl. Flock vinyl has a “fuzzy” or “velvety” texture which pairs great with the fabric and apparel.

Are the patterns sublimated?

No. We use cotton fabric, cut it, and fuse it to the shirt/sweatshirts with fusible webbing. This way the colors are bright and long lasting on any color shirt/sweatshirt.

What types of things can I customize that aren't on the website?

Sweatshirt colors, fonts, outline colors, patterns, text/design, apparel type (shirt, hoodie, denim jacket, etc.), vinyl material.

I see a product I like but I can't add to cart.

Some items may not have an option to purchase and instead refer you to “Contact Us”. Read the description of the product to learn more. For instance, we have a custom denim jacket, but the denim jacket may be a different jacket depending on availability. Before purchasing, we want to inform you of what the jacket will look like.
